A sweet-cool collision: ripe mango, tangy lime, and a CryoFlame finish that pulls the heat back in just before it burns down the kitchen.
Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken wings, patted dry
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp CryoFlame Hot Sauce (plus more to taste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- Cilantro and toasted sesame for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Toss the wings with oil and salt. Arrange skin-side up on the sheet.
- Bake 35–40 minutes, flipping at 20, until skin is golden and crisp.
- While wings roast, blend mango, lime juice, honey, CryoFlame, soy sauce, and garlic until smooth.
- Transfer wings to a large bowl. Pour the glaze over and toss until every wing is coated.
- Return to the sheet for a final 3-minute pass under the broiler to caramelize.
- Garnish with cilantro and sesame. Serve with extra CryoFlame on the side.
Tips
The glaze tightens as it cools — for stickier wings, glaze them twice and broil briefly between coats. For more heat, swap an extra tablespoon of honey for an extra tablespoon of CryoFlame.
