CryoFlame Mango Wings

  A sweet-cool collision: ripe mango, tangy lime, and a CryoFlame finish that pulls the heat back in just before it burns down the kitchen.


  Ingredients


  •   2 lb chicken wings, patted dry
  •   2 tbsp neutral oil
  •   1 tsp salt
  •   1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  •   2 tbsp lime juice
  •   2 tbsp honey
  •   2 tbsp CryoFlame Hot Sauce (plus more to taste)
  •   1 tbsp soy sauce
  •   1 clove garlic, grated
  •   Cilantro and toasted sesame for garnish


  Instructions

  

  1.   Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2.   Toss the wings with oil and salt. Arrange skin-side up on the sheet.
  3.   Bake 35–40 minutes, flipping at 20, until skin is golden and crisp.
  4.   While wings roast, blend mango, lime juice, honey, CryoFlame, soy sauce, and garlic until smooth.
  5.   Transfer wings to a large bowl. Pour the glaze over and toss until every wing is coated.
  6.   Return to the sheet for a final 3-minute pass under the broiler to caramelize.
  7.   Garnish with cilantro and sesame. Serve with extra CryoFlame on the side.


  Tips


  The glaze tightens as it cools — for stickier wings, glaze them twice and broil briefly between coats. For more heat, swap an extra tablespoon of honey for an extra tablespoon of CryoFlame.
